When does SAP ECC support end?
SAP set the end of mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC 6.0 at the end of 2027, with an extended maintenance option at additional cost until 2030. It's worth planning the migration at least 12 to 18 months in advance.
Which is better, a conversion or a new implementation?
It depends on how much you want to redesign. A conversion (brownfield) keeps your configuration and history and is usually faster; a new implementation (greenfield) lets you redesign processes from scratch. In the assessment we evaluate both options with your data.
